Each CCE Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) training award winner receives $1,000 toward covering the costs of CCE-approved GCDF training and commits to providing career counseling services for at least two years.
Pham Thi Thu Ha is a human resource professional in a real estate investment and development corporation and a founder of a non-profit career development group, Better Chance. She obtained a BA in teacher education with a specialization in English in 2005 and an MBA with high distinction qualification from La Trobe University in 2010. In 2016, Ha was granted the Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship to take Master of Development Studies at The University of Melbourne, Australia.
She was recognized as a Certified Global Career Development Facilitator by the National Career Development Association in 2020 and as an emerging leader by the Asia Pacific Career Development Association in 2019. She is known for her active engagement as a mentor, consultant, leader, and executive member in numerous career development programs and activities that support the young in their transition from high schools and/or universities/colleges to work. She aspires to become an influential career development practitioner and contribute to the development of this field in Vietnam.
